Can't I just use helpful hints I find on TikTok and Insta to 'fix' my ADHD?

Quick fixes can be helpful in the short term. However they won't help you change ingrained habits, ways of thinking or patterns of behaviour and they aren't tailored to you. In short, they are of limited value.

For real and lasting change coaching is invaluable.
